Shipping policy

Delivery

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same day. We will also endeavor to dispatch orders on Saturday mornings where possible. All orders are packaged securely and safely before leaving our warehouse promptly.

Delivery Times

UK Standard - Item will usually arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch date. Parcel may require a signature upon delivery depending on weight and value.

UK Next Day - Our next day guaranteed service is available on orders placed before 1pm on Monday-Thursday. All orders placed on Friday before cut off with this service will not arrive until Monday. Orders placed after cut off on Friday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

EU - Delivery is handled by UPS. Delivery times depend on country and location. Most orders arrive within 3-7 days.

Please note you will be now charged import duties on your orders, the majority of these fees are tax charged at your national rate. You are not charged UK Value Added Tax.

 

Rest of the World - Delivery via Royal Mail/your national postal service or UPS depending on your location. Please note international orders are currently booked for collection with the courier after they are packaged - this may add a day or so to your delivery time estimate. We will also endeavor to have international orders placed before 2pm packaged and booked in the same day for collection the following day where possible
